Zach was new to the Real Estate industry in 2004 and, as a quick learner and an eager and hardworking sales representative, he has experienced great success representing both buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in hundreds of successful transactions over his first 15 years working as a full-time Realtor^{TM <\/sup>.

\r\n\tZach was born and raised in the 'Bedford Park\/John Wanless PS' neighbourhood in North Central Toronto and has a thorough knowledge of the history and characteristics of the different neighbourhoods that make up the surrounding area. Over the past 40+ years, Zach has experienced life in other parts of this great city as well as other parts of the world but is always drawn back home to central Toronto.
